“To me, the most valuable aspect of the V.Mobile program is the service that is provided. Even though I have not had a problem with my laptop, I know where I can go to find help. Customer service with other companies can be a big hassle, but with V.Mobile, I can get help, and if it can’t be fixed here, I get a loaner laptop to be able to continue to use it for classes. I would recommend this program to new students. Having a computer with you, and not having to depend on going to a computer lab at night, staying there for several hours, is extremely convenient. I have mentioned the program to several friends who do not have computers here at school. Also, if I had not chosen to do the V.Mobile program, I would not have been introduced to Macs. In my town, no one uses Apple. Out of my class, I am the only one to have an Apple, and I am very happy about my choice.”

-Jackson, freshman

“The V.Mobile program offers the resource challenged student an
opportunity to obtain state of the art electronics required for so many of the University classes and departments. I used the staff one time in regards to a security issue and found
them to be very willing and capable of helping me. I would definitely recommend V.Mobile to new students...for ease of use, availability of new equipment, and tech support. This is a great program...I hope it has worked out as anticipated for the University and for the other participants.”

-Mike, senior

“I have been fortunate and have had no problems with my laptop. I am so
far very happy with the convenience of having my own pc on the go. I would recommend the V.Mobile option to most students for its help with organization and convenience.”

-Jana, freshman

“The most valuable aspect is that if I were to have a problem with my laptop (viruses, etc.), you would repair it free of charge. ITS has been courteous, polite, and helpful in my experiences with them.”

-Joshua, junior
